The community pool is administered as a separate HOA corporation named The Gables Ranch Maintenance Assoc. (GRMA). Its board is composed of delegates appointed by the HOA boards of The Ranch HOA and The Gables at North Hill HOA. The Pool Board sets the budget, evaluates and signs service contracts, oversees the services performed by the various contractors such as lifeguarding, coordinates social activites at the pool, selects which insurances to carry, sets the pool rules, hires the management company, and determines how much to charge its member HOAs.

The GRMA maintains a separate website domain. It contains the pool hours and rules as well as pertinent information such as corporate bylaws and current board members.
