Annual Meeting

Thank you to all that came out for our Annual Meeting this past week. Congratulations to our 2009 Award of Excellence winners, Murphy Fire and Police departments, and well as our 2009 Residents of the Year, Gregg Howard and Lynda Moyer.

We had multiple residents that took home door prizes such as; $25 Lowe's Gift Card, $25 Calloway's Gift Card, Chocolates, and a Scentsy warmer and candle bar. We were also pleased to distribute Calloway's coupons to everyone in attendance.

Unfortunately we did not have the required number of residents present to be able to vote officially on the open positions on the Board. The decision was made to not hold a supplemental meeting due to the cost to the HOA. Jeff Arnwine, Pam Weaver, and John Wideman were appointed to the Board for new two year terms. This information will be in our next newsletter as well and the website has been updated with the new information. We were also happy to get a volunteer for the vacant Pool Board seat.
